Red, white and blue infographic says, "Know the difference" and defines "election fraud" and "voter fraud". Election fraud = Large-scale illegal actions that intend to manipulate an election outcome, broader in scope than voter fraud: more systemic/election-wide, could be undertaken by individuals or organized groups. Examples: Ballot stuffing (adding false ballots), tampering with voting machines, altering or discarding ballots, changing election results. Voter fraud = Lone operators casting illegal ballots, isolated incidents that are ballot-specific, undertaken by individual voters. Examples: Casting multiple ballots in one election, voting under an assumed identity, voting in the name of a deceased voter, voting when/where ineligible to vote.

Distinguishing between voter fraud and election fraud is critical for identifying potential problems, responding appropriately, and protecting election integrity.
