Same thing here but they can’t or won’t figure out what’s going on and so I’m stuck in an endless loop of let’s check on this in 6 months, while my blood tests come up with abnormal results every single time. As if the hemochromatosis wasn’t bad enough, the continuous lack of attention is worse.

Break the task down into small parts that feel more achievable, reward yourself for achievements even if they are small.

I saw this thing about doing things in short bursts every day, so make the goal to write only 300 words a day. That’s 9000 a month, or 109500 a year. Incremental increases over time are less harsh on you than a huge burst and then nothing. I have ADHD and I know it can be difficult regulating
