There's also a part inside Eevee's skull where you place a bunch of different colors down for all of its evolutions and that was really neat. Love how creative Lego gets with the building process.

Short and fun build, looks really good too. Ya'll can't imagine my joy when I found out there weren't any stickers involved with Eevee's face lol.

Rebirth is really good, but it's also waaay too much way too often. I was genuinely exhausted by the end of it lol. The devs' passion for the original FF7 shines in this one just as much as it did in Remake. And just like Remake they might've overdid it in some areas.

In an era where we're getting crushed by a mountain of quality Metroidvania-style games, Super Metroid still manages to find its seat at the top. Unbeatable atmosphere and a world that feels absolutely massive even if it only takes me 4 hours to beat it casually. One of the GOATs.

5. Super Mario Bros. 3

It's been a long ass time since I've beaten Mario 3 without using warps, but I did it. Mario 3 is still really good. There are a couple of levels that are structured more like puzzle rooms without an obvious exit, and I wish it did more of that.

Probably the order I'd place the mainline Prime games. Right now 4 is probably better than 3 by a little bit, but I also feel like I might say 3 is a little bit better depending on the day lol.

4. Metroid Prime 3

Prime 3 is a strange little game. Its more cinematic elements always feel off and the emphasis placed on the gunship and its upgrades is crazy when all it amounts to is a series of unplayable cutscenes. It's alright overall, but nowhere close to Prime 1&2 imo.

Fixed it. Built the Nvidia update locally instead of waiting on flathub to sort itself out.

We should be good to go for tomorrow. Maybe. Hopefully.

I found a workaround for most of the flatpaks.

Except OBS, which is like, the most important one.

It sounds like flathub can't publish updates for the newest Nvidia drivers yet, so that might be the main issue?

I was gonna stream but like half of my computer's flatpaks are broken right now (including OBS) so, uh, I guess I'll spend the day figuring that shit out instead. 😡

3. Pokemon Horizons Season 3 (Part 1)

The first batch of post-timeskip episodes of Horizons dropped a while back and it's really good? Like, this is probably the most emotionally invested I've ever been with the Pokemon anime and I honestly can't wait to see how they follow it up.

2. Pokemon Too Many Types 2

It's exactly what it says it is. On one hand it's very funny with how far and hard they push the bit, but on the other it's a perfect example as to why Pokemon doesn't make new types very often. It's all silly fun, and I recommend checking it out.

I played Sonic 06 through the WIP Marathon Recompiled project and I was really impressed with it. Not with Sonic 06 but the work and effort fans have made to to make this PC port possible. Even unfinished it's the best way to play Sonic 06.
