Great to see this study out. This one certainly had its challenges along the way, but points to some really promising opportunities for utilising the power of self-compassion in the performing arts.

My research is mostly focused on supporting mental health in high performance environments (elite & youth sport; performing arts), with an emphasis on compassion-based approaches
