ok the game impressed me. the main menu music took me away and i think i'm digging the gritty cyber future atmosphere a lot.

taking a giant risk by playing a story heavy game bc adhd could latch onto it so easy and give me a new fixation, but i need this as to not burn out too quickly on g//w2.

ok one thing: i love eorlos so much. i love him so much. beloved ourpley dourpley.

i could get into the.. meat as it were about how he was always meant to die from the start and how he narrowly misses his "destiny" every time he encounters a dragon, how he was trained til his hands bled so his fate wouldn't come to pass and blah blah blah but it's fucking BED TIME. go to bed ryan.

it's bed time for me, but as i'm going through the personal story on eorlos again, god, the poor thing is going through so much on top of the shit i've written for him. and it just gets worse from here. granted there are a few good things, but man. he's gonna have it rough for a while.

i keep thinking about when i was in vc with friends (they know who they are) and i was talking about naberius and said "i just... /i just don't like him/" in the funniest fucking tone. i am so funny. i keep laughing at myself.

i hate getting sad out of nowhere, man.

idk why I love the thought of them fighting in a cheesy anime esque battle but overpowered dramatic assholes are fun. i love making a character be the Cause of another's trauma to the point it just sets up Everything. it's,,, fun to explore whether there's redemption involved or not.

dregris haunts eorlos' narrative for the entirety of the elder dragon saga. naberius haunts tav!caelan (and tbh outside of that) for the entirety of the beegee3 plot (before and after too! + counting my alt timelines).

pitting these two against each other tho is inchresting to me bc they both fulfill a similar role in their respective canons. eorlos and dregris + caelan and naberius.

maybe they should kiss after they're done fighting :]
