Take a good long look at Gavin Newsom.

Openly declaring his opposition to trans rights, then vetoing trans rights bills.

THIS is what it looks like when a democrat is bad on trans issues.

They won’t keep it a secret. You won’t have to decode it. It isn’t subtext.

I’d prefer to believe the majority aren’t bigoted shitbags who would vote to deny basic human rights to 1% of the population, or I’ll wait until our species evolves.

imagine going from “don’t say anything bad about Newsom 3 years before the primary or else trump will win” to “don’t engage in civics by asking the governor that represents you to sign laws that have been passed by two state houses and will improve your life or else you’re helping fascism”

Newsom is likely going to let the other bills go into effect quietly, and the education bill is only a couple lines of text where gender is not mentioned.

I'm going to be watching much more closely on what he does with the bills that are explicitly about LGBTQ+ topics.

While shitbag Newsom is as bad as trump when it comes to LGBTQ people remember that he is also just as bad as trump when it comes to homeless people.
