To be clear: I think that it is *good* if she is bad.
All of the alliance leaders should be problematic people because good people don't try to conquer a continent. And picking between three perfect leaders is a boring choice.
I wasn't thinking of the Thalmor so much (hers is a very different org than the 5E one), but rather the whole White Man's Burden Empire thing, especially coming from someone with zero leadership XP. And also collecting mythic weapons. And arguably sanctioning the genocide of Argonians in Shadowfen.

It's... uh... not great.
Indies and AA studios are being hit just as hard by funding issues and decreased player spending. It just doesn't make the news as much. Indies have also always been a lottery-level gamble, and with the rise of AI slop that's definitely not gotten better.

It definitely feels like folks throw the AI label around too liberally and it's starting to confuse things. Imperfect photoshops, camera tricks, real human-made art that's a little *too* perfect... not everything's got to be AI.
I can't wait to be accused of AI because I can't draw hands 🥲
