Yeah, mostly these are problems outside the building, but it definitely affects livability and some of the stuff happening *inside* the building isn't great either. My dad had to get out. He really loved living there until around 2019-2020, then things really started to decline.
My dad lived in there for over a decade and was also the building handyman until recently. Not sure if there's an assessment coming up, but there were loads of problems around the building with fires, break-ins, squatting, harassment, & apparently there's a resident selling drugs out of their unit.
