No change for the vinyl edition of the SLG re-issue though! That still appears to be on track for a February 20th release...

Looks like release date for the Strange Little Girls CD re-issue has slipped. The US Tori store says it will now ship on March 6th. The EU store says March 27th. Amazon US says March 27th while Amazon UK still says February 20th. So, not clear when it will be out but seems to have been delayed.

Hey if Bob and Co. hadn't won one until this year, it can still happen for Tori!

I checked all my shows today to see what's left vs presale and the Platinum prices are obscene--seats next to mine are now 3x what I paid 😡. There are plenty of available normally priced seats further back so I hope people don't give in & pay that, & then hopefully the prices will go down!

Did the same thing. Also all the Verified Reseller tickets are cropping up too. Same deal: 2-3x more expensive than face. There is lots of time, people need to hold out against these attempts to part them from their well-earned cash.

If you didn't find seats you're happy with during the presales, hopefully you'll find some today. Of course, more tickets are often released for sale as the show date approaches so you don't HAVE to get something now...but peace of mind is always nice too. It's all p to you!

Whenever I think of Tori Amos I imagine how fascinating (and oddly functional) synesthesia must be, associating sound w/ light and color. It seems like magic when described, and she's so talented, virtuosity doesn't quite capture her work: more like thaumaturgy.

I remember excitedly putting it on, & how I paused to take in the oddness of "Beauty Queen." And then "Horses" came on: a little dreamy menace of a song... And THEN- the pure, feral brutality of "Blood Roses." And I, who was already a huge fan, completely lost my shit. Thank you, Tori- always 🖤
