Spiralling with anxiety that I might get laid off from my day job cause the business isn't doing as well as it needs to be.

Trying to channel the anxiety into motivation to just put my art and myself out there and just stop being so freaking scared.

Some days I forget that I've got a chronic illness until the days that knock me off my feet and I feel like total death and I go "oh yeah, that". And then I cry a bit and I stress a bit and then I accept that it's just gonna be one of those days and then I remember to drink some water.

I get so excited about the prospect of organizing my art supplies in new ways and I would say this is what it's like to be in your 30s but I genuinely remember being this excited about organizing when I was like 6 so. 'Tis what it 'tis innit?

4 panel comic inked and drawn by CreatingElena. 1st panel Elena is overwhelmed about chopping so many vegetables. 2nd panel Evan pops in to ask if Elena needs help. 3rd panel Evan suggests using the food processor to slice and shred the veggies. In the final panel, Elena holds up the food processor victoriously and claims "this is the best thing ever!"

After about 4 years of owning a food processor, we finally used the slice/shred attachment to make a *massive* salad and let me just say, absolutely bloody life changing. #AdultThings #DailyDiary #DailyComic

This year I've decided to give cross stitching a go! And I wanted to use my own art, cause that's always more fun. So I took a stab at making a pattern! It's not perfect but it's working so far and I'm excited to share the final product! #NewHobbies

Today I put on some music and danced like a goofball in an attempt to release some of the anxious energy that's been building in my body.

Then I sat down to sketch and decided to document the moment.

Don't know which made me feel better, the silly dances or the silly sketches 💃🏽

That anxious brain of mine is going absolutely feral this week...

Both of my eyes twitching is also an obvious tell that I am not feeling very regulated.
