Anyway ditch amazon and target (if u haven't already literally why) and buy from small artists and businesses, especially this holiday season. You're literally putting food on their table and a roof over their head instead of funding The Most Evil Men Imaginable.

To be transparent, I originally switched careers to do art full time because it brought me joy and (at the time) made okay income. I have no invisible safety net, the past 5 years have been very low income, and I frequently wonder how much longer making art is sustainable.
