Made strawberry #waffles today. Minced fresh strawberries, dried them on a paper towel, and lightly coated them with flour before adding them to the batter. Waffles were tasty and kept their firmness, but I'll probably need a sweeter strawberry next time. Used leftover fruit as a topping. 😋
