If you are a mainstream genre writer of course you're in trouble. Predigested writing can be written by a computer now. No more Stephen Kings on the horizon I fear.

We will all be working in cloistered monasteries sharing our work with like minds. But that's okay. Embrace it! There's more freedom to be had.
