Media outlets, including Fox News and CNN, refuse to sign Pentagon's press access rules | CNN Business The Pentagon is telling beat reporters to sign restrictive new rules by Tuesday or surrender their press passes by Wednesday. Many news organizations are rejecting the ultimatum and saying they will not sign.

News outlets are right to not play along with the Defense Department directive that tries to force reporters to only publish information officially authorized by the department.

This is government censorship, plain and simple.

ICE to Buy Tool that Tracks Locations of Hundreds of Millions of Phones Every Day Documents show that ICE has gone back on its decision to not use location data remotely harvested from peoples' phones. The database is updated every day with billions of pieces of location data.

ICE has bought access to an “all-in-one” surveillance tool that gives it updated location data from hundreds of millions of phones, putting us all at risk of being tracked.

The government can’t be allowed to surveil us simply for having a cell phone.

We keep each other safe by keeping each other informed. As the deployment of troops and federal agents in Memphis intensifies, we want to make sure all in Tennessee know their rights. ‼️

Trump asks Supreme Court to uphold birthright citizenship restrictions he wants to impose President Donald Trump's administration is asking the Supreme Court to uphold his birthright citizenship order declaring that children born to parents who are in the United States illegally or temporarily are not American citizens.

President Trump's executive order that aims to decimate the 14th Amendment is blatantly illegal.

We will continue fighting to protect the right to birthright citizenship.

Hegseth terminates women’s advisory group, slams ‘divisive agenda’ A Sept. 17 memo signed by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth directs the “formal disestablishment” of the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services.

The Defense Department has disbanded a non-partisan committee that for decades has advised on the recruitment, retention, and treatment of servicewomen — including women’s full integration into combat roles.

The Trump administration isn’t up to the job in supporting women in our armed forces.

The purpose of the Rehab Act was to stop discrimination against disabled people by the federal government or any organizations using federal funding. What is Section 504? Section 504 was part of the Rehab Act. It was the first federal civil rights law passed to protect people with disabilities. It said that programs that receive federal funding cannot discriminate against disabled people.
