Nearly 60 years later, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s words hold true: This is a time for vigorous and positive action.

Now is when we must act to defy and disrupt injustice.

The RuCo Library System wanted to eliminate a policy that protects free sharing of ideas in libraries. Because we showed up, the board didn't move forward with any votes to eliminate the policy. Which means one thing: we must keep the pressure on. 💥

Tennessee’s universal voucher law diverts money from public schools and lets voucher-funded private schools dodge accountability standards — that’s why ACLU-TN and our partners filed suit. 💥
