There are no partnerships on the pitch - Trippier made Almiron and Murphy - Elanga is too thick to achieve anything. How Hall and Gordon can’t work together is staggering and whatever permutation of the forward 3 is played is poor.

Woltermade brings nothing from his teammates. A liability.

If there’s an opportunity to get £40m for him they should take their arm off.

I agree on Woltermade and Wissa. I don’t think Elanga is a scapegoat - he’s just not contributed anything at all - those players have been v well treated by supporters but no one can ignore the evidence of their own eyes.

I’d add others to the mix - Gordon and Willock are piss poor too.

On a morning like this I like to reflect how much we’re being charged now for Champions League matches and receive an email from NUFC punting some new merchandise.

Elanga and Wissa are blessed with pace but both have a shocking lack of football intelligence.

Hopefully there’s some residual interest in Germany for Woltermade because he lacks so much - I’ve no idea what position he can play in - his lack of pace and strength is alarming and he needs far too much time on the ball.

I’ve no idea how #NUFC approached last season’s transfer window, why certain players were targeted etc but I do know a completely different approach needs to be adopted this coming summer because last year was largely a v expensive disaster. Wissa, Woltermade and Elanga have been very, very poor.

There was v little value in the players inherited from the Ashley era and they were on big contracts. It’s not been helped by last summer and signing 3 players from five who’ve delivered next to nothing. We have to get rid of them somehow.

I’d happily sell Gordon. Seldom has a good game for us.

Woltermade is on the way to becoming one of the worst signings in our club’s history.

We have been active in 1/5 of the last windows. In the window we were active (last summer) - we’ve wasted a small fucking fortune.

So much wrong with that team - individually and collectively. Once again we play a full game without a striker and I know Wissa came on and I know Woltermade was wandering aimlessly around the pitch for just over a half. My comment still stands.
