I’m in Seattle. If we lose access to coffee I’m pretty sure this city will just dry up and blow away. Or possibly descend into a rage induced mosh pit running in spite, energy drinks and grunge.

The thing is, he still hasn’t figured out that tariffs only hurt us. The rest of the world may hurt temporarily while they secure other suppliers of their needed products, but once they do that trade for the US is likely lost for good. One of the things I was told long ago when discussing how to have political discussions with Republicans is to never go for the emotional argument, stick to facts. Emotions can be debated, facts can’t. As horrifying as he is as a human, the fact is that he woefully under qualified for the job.

Speak out for the marginalized communities that have been targeted… immigrants and we trans folks. Help prepare for the inevitable that this time they will manage to overturn the ACA and millions of people will lose healthcare. Thank you for asking and caring.

Spouse of a dentist here: you get less radiation from a dental x-ray than from a 2 hour flight. Potential benefit is that they can catch bone loss issues early and have a progressive diagnostic tool to compare year to year. There, now please NYT report on the world currently burning.
