Recently replaced all the air lines/push fittings and ordered a full set of pneumatic cylinders as trying to diagnose issues randomly is daft.

To be fair, it's missed a few scheduled bolt tightenings as it's hidden away, and the seal is getting on a bit (Preventative > Reactive is so very important). I'll be fixing that moving forward.
Today's job: Servicing the Mash Tun agitator and cleaning out the roasted wort extract from the shaft seal leak trap.
No impact on quality and a very sticky job but even the bits you can't see need to look their best.

Even with the 9000 year lease, I'm guessing St. James's Gate isn't cheap to operate/maintain. CapEx must be many times what a modern brewing facility requires to just keep up with sustainable brewing technologies.
Sell the rights to InBev and keep a decent share isn't unforseeable.
