He has to declare martial law.Heritage Foundation has come too far to quit now. Trust the military's obedience and the judicial systems loyalty, or trust the people's complacency. If 1% of the 340 million residents want revolution, thats 3.4 million. If 1% of those are truly willing, that's 34,000.
