Hi J, I understand there’s a lot of pensions prepared to invest BUT on the sidelines the Ind. Strat. Think this is now due for June (11 months after election??). We need something that puts people and their aspirations front and centre.
Very good article & the lack of coherent strategy in White Paper is noted. Growth is indeed an outcome - of arrangements using natural resources and our social organisations. We seem to avoid discussing both.

Good article. Investment is necessary but not sufficient. Marshall included ‘organisation’ as factor of production - which gets at your point of including regions (and income groups) - perhaps even finer.
