Interesting difference in health cultures.
In Sweden 🇸🇪 first dental visit is at 3 y (paid by tax). The water isn't fluoridated.
Routine: Brusch with childrens toothpaste morning/night. Only water in between meals. And all 🍬 is eaten at weekends.
Healthy meals in preschool/school, paid with tax.
