Okay so it‘s final. tried to get my health insurance to cover my srs. After years of spending money on therapy. They denied me that cuz I am 1 day out of the closure period from the court ruling of the bsg. Idk I am so depressed. I will never be able to afford that. I can‘t live with that srsly

A life where I'm able to do the things I enjoy without an immense struggle and so much pain. I don't necessarily need a life where I'm fully happy - my expectations have been lowered too much over time for that. But one where I have some amount of contentment? Or comfort?

I dream of a life where I'm able to feel like myself. Where I Feel like I belong in my body. Not dissociate all the time just to be able to get through the day. Not have a panic attack when I shower, or when I wake up in the morning and feel the cold shock of becoming aware of my body.
