I thought the refilmed version of that from a few years ago was so well done that I'm happy to count that as existing too. Course, if the original turns up as well that would be even better, but for now I'm so happy that another two gaps in Season 3 are filled.
You know who I feel sorry for? The people who did a *brilliant* animated recreation of The Nightmare Begins only last year and put it on YouTube. They couldn't have suspected for a moment that the original would come along and eat their lunch, let alone this soon.
As much as I'm thrilled that two more Doctor Whos have reappeared, I'm equally excited to find out what else was in the collection. The BBC say the collection is "eclectic", and that sounds like there's a good range of stuff.
Just had the pleasure of editing the Doctor Who Missing Episodes Wikipedia article so it says "95" where it used to say "97".
I still have the MP3-CD format. It's a wonderful story, I rattled through all 13 episodes in two nights (of course I count Mission To The Unknown!). I'm so happy that nearly half of it is in the archives now.
Film Is Fabulous, you absolute BEAUTIES! Two more down, 95 to go... (also, Blu-ray please BBC)
I see a future where Sam Altman is on trial for his part in turning the planet into a flaming garbage heap.
They should send that shirt to the White House. Even the number matches.
Love is in the air at Edinburgh zoo. Pebbling marks the start of the breeding season for Gentoo penguins.
Kids at Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity painted pebbles for the penguins to choose from and present to their mates.
Love how this challenge has basically turned Bluesky into The Great Egg Race. Brilliant stuff.
I mean, there's "tough paper round" and "was she delivering Domesday Books".
Tired: sending Jim Davidson to entertain the troops
Wired: sending Giant Haystacks to give them extra training.
The Guardian showing the utmost confidence in its choice of writers by saying "This is what we're up against."
I've just had an amazing idea
"Girlfriend in a coma, I know, I know at least SOMEONE is getting some kip..."
I wouldn't argue with her.
What do we do with duplicates?
The original and duplicate are placed in a Document Arena (or Docudome™), then we turn away from them and allow one to consume the other, unobserved. This is a double-blind trial, where we don't know which was the original. Thus, only the strongest document survives.
I don't know why but I always thought Virginia Woolf would look different to that.
Bashing his hotel room wall with a broom handle to let the people next door know that the last of the famous international playboys is Trying To Get Some Rest.
May I offer you a trio of little baby faces in these trying times?
Received my Season 20 replacement discs*. Must be costing BBC Studios a bloody fortune.
Still haven't bothered pre-ordering Season 21, all depends on how bad the AI-processed episodes look. Let me know, yeah?
*e-mail DVDSupport@bbc.com with your name, address and proof of purchase and ASK NICELY!
Mine arrived a couple of days ago shortly after 8am. I had no idea what was in the package and when I opened it I initially thought "hang on, this isn't S21, there's been an error"... and then remembered I'd sent off for replacements 5 months earlier! Early morning Simon is slow on the uptake Simon.
can this be a solution?
Why is Wizbit in Costco
Seconded. It's way too plausible.
Staggeringly well written account of what, if it's not already happening, is likely to be taking place in the White House in the near future.

“Coming soon to the BBC! Kim Jong Un is tough, uncompromising cop MONKFISH…”
One of the presenters I trained told me yesterday that a kid shouted during one of their shows that Saturn's moon Pan looked like a "Temu Saturn."
Basically every season of Star Trek The Next Generation:
When I was younger my pocket money only stretched as far as The Beano, but now and again my grandparents would slip me a few extra coins to buy a Buster or Whizzer and Chips. So much more inventive than the fare DC Thomson were putting out, and bloody funny too.
