To commemorate Día de los Muertos All Souls' Day, I treated myself to my famed Mexican Cannolis. Not for the faint of heart. Spread Mascarpone on pita or naan bread. Add Chipotle sauce, and a Chipotle Jalapeno for an extra kick. Sprinkle with baking chocolate chips. Buen provecho! 😋
