Sure, spend billions and make us all live under constant government occupation when you could just pass gun legislation that makes sense.

Why are you feeling attacked? I’m a gun owner too, but I’m not feeling threatened by people wanting gun legislation to protect our children (and everyone).

But also no, you don’t need an assault weapon.

Greenville County Probate Judge Chad Groover thinks that everyone can afford an attorney to provide estate planning and will services. And he thinks if you can’t afford that, you basically aren’t adulting.

Attorneys for these services can range between $500-$5000 and more.

Correction- the 2 assumes Lillian is re-elected. If she isn’t re-elected and Tina is not elected, we would only have 1 woman on Greenville City Council. Not good.

We aren’t going down to 2 women out of 7 City Council members.

Had a dream that Sen Lindsay Graham said Trump was wrong, and that he was ONLY interested in protecting the most wealthy in the US. He seemed ready to fight.

What a dream.

Yes…because you wouldn’t want consumers to be aware of what you’re doing to them….

The fact that they have to have a speech dedicated to how awful Trump is and their sovereignty is deeply embarrassing to me.

The Canada Carney win is also a hopeful sign to me.

So I was late to my workout this morning to process all this.

Let’s keep going.

I usually let whatever the Trump administration does wash over me because it’s all bad. I don’t let it affect me too deeply because it all could.

This morning, I had an emotional moment with Carney’s win.

The callousness that I heard today when some people were talking about immigrants made me sick to my stomach.

This is not ok.

And no, the Greenville County Sheriff’s Department does not need to be more involved. They need to have the same empathy they preached about for fellow officers.

But then, later, he made a joke to me about a product from China costing more. I did not think this was funny.

Furthermore, this guy was not ok with shoplifting, and wants to lock everyone up. But the President he voted for is stealing from EVERYONE. I wonder if he thinks his President should be locked up?

Today, a guy was complaining about shoplifters. He doesn’t own a shop, just complaining.

I later mentioned to him that these tariffs are going to make shoplifting worse. He responded they are “temporary.”

Even if they are, how is this helpful? How can any reasonable person be ok with this?

Was just sharing with my husband about the NC family in White Lotus, and he said, “so basically it’s about the Murdaughs.”

Someone special to my family from the DR told me today that Latin Americans are telling each other not to even visit the US because of the way the Trump administration is behaving. I agree with them.
