Thinking about how I used to constantly forget my locker combination and even number sometimes and how it's probably related to adhd on top of severe dissociation/derealization and how it's made me super paranoid as an adult about messing certain things up or making mistakes

I do what I gotta do to keep my job and rn that's just dissociating through it

Jokes on my therapist I'm not better with eye contact from work. I just dissociate, plus my eyes go foggy when I look at people. That's why I can't remember over half of our regulars <3
