More than 770 Red Cross disaster workers are providing shelter, meals and emergency supplies after severe weather, including tornadoes and flooding, devastated communities in the South and Midwest.
Additional teams are on standby as more catastrophic flash flooding is expected in the days ahead.
The Global Shelter Cluster is seeking to:
π understand the challenges and impacts of extreme heat events on shelter and settlements assistance, and
π identify needs to address those challenges.
