To clarify, I'm not without hate in my heart. I have a lot of anger inside towards certain people for hurting others... for some, that anger is more public.
But I try not to let that anger dictate what I send into the world anymore. All it's done is bring pain to myself and others around me.
My heart feels heavy and battered today as it often has these past few months. I'm not a saint by any means, but I wish more people would choose to spread love and joy. They're the most powerful forces in the world and the only things that can defeat hatred.

Please remember to be kind. Not just to others, but yourself as well. There is room on this massive planet for you to exist, to be happy, and to be loved.
