My true wife knows me. I wish you could romance her in this game. 😭 We're doing a Lumina run but I made a save where we can marry anybody. Managed to get everyone to enough hearts. Cecilia, Matthew, Gordy, and Molly weddings made me cry. Rock is 100% the worst lmao.

We finished Volume 1! We ended at Volume 2, Chapter 6 - nearly the end of the Creature's retelling of his tale to Victor.

I was showing Wesker Dad all the different games from SWC and he thinks SamSho looks dope. Showed some SamSho Special GF vid with @aroolee.bsky.social playing to compare. Was also looking at trailers from SNK and showed him Mr. Big while explaining all the characters.

Today is baby dog's recorded birthday, but I also celebrate her in December. She is a good pup, a devious villain, and the love of my pubba furbaby parenthood.

They're so pretty!! Pralines are best in low doses due to how sugary they are so it's good that they're easy to break apart and share!

Pralines 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup canned/evaporated milk 2 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. Karo (Karo brand light corn syrup) "Pinch" of salt 2 cups of pecan halves Into pot, put sugars, milk, butter, Karo, and salt. Mix well. Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from fire, add vanilla and nuts. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Drop by spoonfuls onto previously buttered marble or wax paper (parchment works too). In 1965, Mary Anna Robinson and Mary Kay Hebert won first place with the above recipe in the Sugar Cookery Contest held in New Iberia by the Sugar Cane Festival. The recipe is a combination of several old recipes, and was developed through trial and error by Mary Anna Robinson.

Here's the recipe if y'all want to try it out! Soft ball stage is around 235-240°F and I recommend getting a candy thermometer to accurately assess when you're there instead of dropping small amounts in a bowl of cold water after it starts boiling.

We are so close! These I took out a little too soon and are shiny and sticky. We'll see if they set. The last ones are perfect and what we're looking for in a praline!

First test batch done. Set a little too fast but the flavor and texture is perfect. Gotta work a little quicker before it starts hardening so we get nice puddles of praline. Candy making is unforgiving. 😅

I can blitz these and use as praline topping for drinks or sweet potatoes.
