We have bombed a nation we are not at war with and have done so without Congress knowing about it, voting on it or approving it. President Trump’s actions are not only unconstitutional—they are dangerous.
AOC: “It is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment.”
So we know a few things -- Rubio and Hegseth, along with Vance, were behind Trump as the yesmen/props they are. Hegseth will brief at 8am, whether that's a proper military briefing or the verbal equivalent of 🔥emojis remains to be seen. No diplomatic plan, just "peace must come quickly."

There's no declaration of war, and no AUMF that covers this. Entering this war is wrong on the merits; we had a perfectly peaceful way to address Iran's nuclear program. It's also unlawful. A democratic republic should not be able to enter a war of choice on one man's say-so.
this is as good as turning the Constitution off. If this is what congressional leaders are going to do when an executive just seizes power from the legislative branch, we do not have one.
Trump has no constitutional authority to take us to war with Iran without authorization from Congress, and Congress has not authorized it.

I know this can sound kind of silly at a time like this, but doing a war without congressional authorization is ample grounds for impeachment
This is not about the merits of Iran’s nuclear program. No president has the authority to bomb another country that does not pose an imminent threat to the US without the approval of Congress. This is an unambiguous impeachable offense.

If only major media had accurately described RFK Jr. in these terms during his nomination instead of using the inaccurate and softened “vaccine skeptic.”
The media wrongly think that using “vaccine skeptic” is a way to avoid bias, but all it did was bias us in favor of RFK Jr, death, & disability.
Are there any studies/reviews that show how broad (or not broad) the universe of reviewers is that editors reach out to?
From the minute he was nominated, my summary in every interview or post was that there were absolutely no silver linings to his serving as Sec. of HHS—that he was an unqualified danger.
