I will be holding down the Rowan Department of Environmental Science booth in the exhibit hall for the next 3 hours...if you're at #AGU2023, come say hi!

I've made it to #AGU2023 and so far AGU is winning! Word on the street is there's a really wetland session this Wednesday.

I have in my head for some reason that there are CO2 sensors marketed specifically for science classrooms, but I'm blanking on who would make them. But might be a good option!

Thank you for sharing this! I'll check it out.

Does anyone have budget recommendations for CO2 sensors in the classroom? I would like to do soil respiration with my field methods class, but a Licor/ similar equipment is out of budget right now.

I think the filtering will have degassed the sample - it might be fine for just checking to see what's there, but probably not justifiable for publishing.

It's official...I survived my first month as an assistant professor! I'm excited to see what the coming months bring (hopefully sleep, and an understanding of where everything is in the grocery store).
