Iβm happy to share that my recent work has been published in Quantum Science and Technology!
We introduce a simple protocol whereby quantum correlations can be generated by performing LOCAL operations only, starting with a classically correlated state.

Even rejection can be done in a way that is helpful to the authors. If a paper is not in your area, you should decline reviewing it instead of rejecting by default.
