I can’t think of anyone less capable of figuring out how to end the war he recklessly began and he has no one qualified to advise him, even if he’d take advice. He has fired all the experienced experts and surrounding himself with unfit moronic loyalists.

No other president would tolerate this unfit sorry excuse for an important legal position. She fits right in with the rest of his misfits and losers.
