overall I don’t hate maw, this callout was just a word of caution. They are good at what they do if/when they deliver. Alternatively, they offer refunds which is more than some artists can say.
My pieces were not delivered, not in the time frame their TOS states (6 mo.) nor was i told their break would mean it was extended 2 months.

I’m not saying they dont deliver, again just a cautionary tale. I waited and asked for updates as one of my two custom pieces never even made it onto the queue despite me asking. Please read my doc, I was never rude and i feel i was very patient. It is unfair for me to be expected to see every tweet
They are subtweeting me without context, i posted a document with all of my interactions with them. I was SO patient, and genuinely was not mean to them one time.
On top of that they’ve now publicly subtweeted about my situation. Without providing any context to their 2k followers on Bluesky.
I did not throw a hissy fit, i was cordial, maybe slightly stern but never did i throw a fit. I posted our messages in the doc.

i’d like to follow this up with, i do often commission other people regularly and would have liked to commission them regularly. They just always replied to me from my POV, defensively and unprofessionally.

Definitely order their base fills, but any custom work will be hard to get if at all.
