The currency in my fantasy world is based around triangular silver coins called "shards". Ten shards a week is about enough to live comfortably, and a typical longsword or scimitar can be picked up for about fifteen shards. I kinda wing the rest from those two baselines.

Hmm, good question. I think the part in Spiritbinders where Chloe is learning about wizardry is my favourite passage so far, because its the most overt discussions and displays of magic in my world. There's stuff in my WIPs that I'm looking forward to as well.

There was a sex scene that I wanted to include in my current WIP, *Clanless*, but I ultimately scrapped it, partly because I was pushing my word limit as it was, and partly because it didn't fit with the main character's arc at that point in the story.
