What is or isn't a "BCI"?
We argue in Nature BME today that if the tech stimulates or records brain activity AND does computation, it's a BCI.

But we still need a way to discuss different types of BCI separately... π§΅

I know universities have studied NDEs and OBEs for at least 50+, and the field is gaining more traction and attention.
If theyβre able to prove anything, the manner in which they do it might look different than how weβre accustomed to doing science now.
