Airports should have an “expert flyer” line for security. If you decide to be on this line, you have like 30s to put your stuff on the tray. More than that you’re heavily fined. Time would vary with security requirements: if you still have to do the liquid/electronic bullsh*t you have a bit longer.

Incredible how 2007 was a pretty formative year for my musical taste: Neon Bible, Sound of Silver, Boxer, Person Pitch, For Emma Forever Ago... I go back to these all the time! And Graduation also came out that year, but I only came to appreciate it years later.

This being said... German is really scary!

There's a real beauty in adult language classes. Suddenly you have a bunch of adults making silly little mistakes, messing up, trying again, eventually getting it right. No judging, pure learning, just like when you were a child. An eventual laugh, but a kind one. It's beautiful.

Hello #econsky, I am a Postdoc at the IFS in London working on labor economics, economics of education, and public finance, particularly in developing countries! Next year, I am joining the Sao Paulo School of Economics!
