And never have an issue immersing myself or relating to the characters/stories.

Not against devs making a gender option by all means do what's best for the game. I just think players with these opinions are a little silly. 🤷‍♀️

I've seen the "breaks immersion" comment as well as the "can't relate to female characters cause I'm a man" and I just think low-key both of those are pathetic reasons. Sorry if that sounds harsh or bitchy I'm just so tired of hearing that cause it's ridiculous I play men in games all the time

I'm sorry but how many male lead video games are there? And how many women play those games just fine no complaints? Yeah that's what I thought.
I'm sorry I'm all for wanting to play a specific gender (if I have a choice I play women)... But "breaks immersion"? 🙄
