This is the weirdest timeline.

Anger can be a healthy emotion. It can let us know when something is wrong, when a boundary has been crossed. At best, it can spur us to change.

But when I tell you that I just feel eaten up with it right now, I mean it. I don’t know where to channel it.

I’ve been engaging a CBT technique in which you name and sort of personify the nagging internal voice who only seeks to tear down and sabotage things. Mine is called “Roberta,” and I have to say it’s been helpful to name it and say something like, “Omg. Give it a rest, Roberta.”

Give it a shot.

I was listening to a meditative playlist on shuffle. While scrolling FB, this Cass Elliot song starts playing. It’s nowhere on the playlist. I’ve never heard it before. I can’t recreate it.

I’m no stranger to the strange, but what is happening?
