Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez on Iran: “Spain is against this disaster. Because we understand that governments are here to improve people's lives, to provide solutions to problems, not to make people's lives worse.

If he can tell a female Bloomberg reporter, "Quiet, piggy.", call AOC and Crockett "low IQ" and refer to almost every strong woman "nasty," imagine how he treated the vulnerable underage girls he brutally violated that weren't there by choice.

I feel your pain James, the media's role in Scotland before and after the referendum was disgusting.
You can add that to the lessons.

SNP 1&2 may have been successful in 2011 but it's difficult to see any replication.
The electorate are more engaged and understand the D'hondt system better.
It's pointless now to try to persuade folk to give both votes to one party.
A majority of independence supporting parties must be key.

With all the horrors that are going on in the World a reform representative is more concerned with skin tone in the advertising industry.
Reform in a nutshell.
Imagine wanting to put them in charge.

If only we could harness that pent up anger and change it to energy.
Maybe King Charles and the Pope could have another prayer together for 'em.

It's all they have.
If asked why Scotland shouldn't aspire to independence they misquote purposefully.
It's disingenuous on their part, if they had a good argument they'd shout it from the rooftops.

Asylum seekers living in hotels do not receive £70 a week – Full Fact Thousands of people have viewed a video supposedly featuring a former ‘migrant hotel employee’, who makes a number of incorrect claims about what government support asylum seekers receive.

BS on social media saying that asylum seekers are given phones and money on arrival in the UK.
Here is the truth!

I don't know any Global political body that isn't " nationalist".
The conflation of nationalism with right wing populism is an agendised exaggeration.
The Scot Gov welcomes immigration, is pro- minority groups and issues free sanitary products and baby boxes.
RW nationalists would be balking.😁

Yes the independence of the judiciary is important but does that excuse the executive from dealing with a political' hot potato ' rather than involving the judiciary and setting a precedent which will make negotiations in the future more difficult?

Yes, you're right of course but why should arbitration be required to override elected governance?
It's a long established political body , surely it could've handled a niche question on human rights and reached a compromise rather than affecting the rigidity of law?

The UK Gov can overrule , after all they create the law and the judiciary interprets it.
To pass a difficult and unpopular issue over to the judiciary is a craven dereliction of duty.

Same thing with me. I decided that during a thunderstorm it was maybe a good idea to reconnect that earth wire to the radiator 😲
A simultaneous flash and bang the second I touched it told me it probably wasn't such a bright idea 🫣

She's a Fairweather politician just like Sarwar and Ruth Davidson.
No where to be seen during rough times.
The media shouldn't allow them to cherry pick the interviews.

To be a " working class lad" from Cranhill Tory member is questionable.
To be a "working class lad" from Cranhill reform member there's no question.
He's a bigot.

I can't suffer a five minute party political broadcast by Anas Sarwar's unionist party.
Thank heavens for remote controls.

The Monarchy would wither on the vine if their financial upkeep was dependent on loyalist support.
I do not believe they are as popular as reported.
Most people couldn't care less whether they stay or go.

I suppose if we could put a positive slant on it then after over 3 centuries of indoctrination and mass media compliance they have only a debatable ever decreasing 50% support for the status.
Bring on the young ones, independence is inevitable.

It had Fiona Stalker too just to make things worse 🤬

I'm embarrassed to admit I had radio Scotland on this morning, this 'report' (sic) was truly jaw dropping in its idiocy.
No matter what the Scottish Government does the BBC will find and lead with a negative.
I pinky promise not to listen in again.

If there was a reason rest assured we would have heard it by now.
Their most salient and substantive argument ( in their eyes) was the vacuous and meaningless" better together"
They had and have nothing more.
