And my finaly report on harassment on a shift lead was shown to said shift lead which lead to further issues including not getting a promotion meant for me, which lead to me finally quitting.

I love that my new job has the best HR I have ever dealt with.
Issues are dealt with immediately.
I had a man harassing me, and it was dealt with in less than a week after I reported it.
When I worked for Starbucks, when I reported harassment, it took months for anything to happen

Aaaaaand now I have a cis boy following me around at work, crushing on me and today he cornered me and said "we will go on a trash run today" when I was pulling trash. Cool story bro.

I know autism presents differently in everyone and it helps to recognize that do to social conditioning, people raised as girls are going to present differently because we learn masking at such a young age and how to be socially acceptable.
However, I do find the gendered language around autism
