RE5 discourse in 2026... A piece of art can have good intentions & still be culturally insensitive. The subtext can be about colonialism yet still be racist even in ignorance. But most of all it can still be a compelling piece of art despite it! It's almost been 20 years man 😭

The blood buckets & the insta kill syringes take away a lot of the decision making. I didn't play the game this was way cuz I'm annoying about survival horror (I killed like 6 zombies max with Grace lol), but my friends who AREN'T survival horror guys were like "oh I just killed everything" 😅
