Brooks have a pretty high heal stack- takes time, but maybe try to find a shoe with a little lower heal than what you have. Going from 10-12mm to a flat shoe will prob cause some issues. I took about 3 yrs to go from a 12mm heal drop to a flat shoe now. Takes time for our feet to adjust. Best W's!

Yep! Even with a tendon issue... finding ways to get the workouts done with the least amount of damage done and the "just right" amount of loading to help it heal.
Long run Sunday! Spent a little too much time playing the guitar and then had to sacrifice a half hour of my time to run, so I ran a little faster. Toes are a little sore 😉
