It’s my first ‘DIY’ project so it’s given me the confidence to other things now!
Did something very mundane but also very mindful with my day off and painted the fence in the garden before autumn rolls around! The sense of achievement afterwards for that small task was very enjoyable 😊 taking pleasure in the small things makes all the difference.
