I read What Feelings Do When No One's Looking by Tina Oziewicz and Aleksandra Zając to Heather who then decided to read it to her dolls. She had me bursting out laughing as she said her dolls name to answer, doll replied I'm just stretching, she said "you're still going to give me an answer" 🤣🙈

I have highlighted 5 areas of my life that I need to make time for that will support me in the stressful weeks to come.

The most important area I need to focus on is spending more time with my girls, Poppie and Heather. To be actually present in the moment and have fun!!

How do I support others if I don't support myself first?

There comes a time where everything else needs to take a backseat and my priority is me.

Saying this and doing this are two completely different things mind you! Something I definitely need to work on.

It was an outdoor adventure at work today, pretending to be Dora and building fires. We were diving deep under water, sinking in quick sand and dealing with a pillow stealing fox! I will need to do some yoga after lying on the ground for what felt like years, but his wee face made it all worthwhile.
