Photo study for funsies 🐛✨

Doing some lash minute prep for Dublin Comic Con, I'm going to have less stock than usual due to getting off the waitlist very late - but I will have some new items over the weekend! 💙

Bug Crossing 🐛

I got the idea for this illustration on a sunny day a while ago after seeing a beetle in the park struggle to get across the hot tarmac path, just a silly visual to explore the question of how much we should be mindful of the wildlife we share a habitat with - they live here too!

Came back to this with a final version I'm happy with after a bunch of trial and error, and mulling some extra shiny gold paint ✨

Making some fancy new foam signs for my table tonight! I'm probably going to keep finding little bits of foam around the house for months to come, though 😆

I wanted to make something for my portfolio that combines my love of gardening and robots, each one will have a different gardening purpose with *somewhat* theoretically functional parts.

Some more tests making a faux risograph effect, I had to approach these very differently than I usually do for digital art so it was a fun experiment! ✨

Gold foil would definitely look good, but from prior experience I also doubt my ability to do it accurately in large batches 😆

My rational mind is telling me it's paint, but maybe it tastes like strawberry milk 🤤
