Oh mate! What breed is Callie?
As a Quins fan I’m delighted. As an Englishman I’m genuinely a bit worried.
@charliemorgan.bsky.social your excellent article is sending the app haywire. Think it’s struggling with all the Gifs?
This is tragic.
Anecdotally as someone who only got into watching rugby around 2019, it was a big leap to get a TNT sub to follow a club team, and I nearly cancelled it after a year of not engaging with it enough before I got properly into it.
I’d never have done it if it weren’t for 6N FTA.
Ah thanks for informing me!
Still, unsurprising that a lot of these early bits are low on detail and accuracy. They feel like posturing post victory rather than substantive policy.
Hang on. They declared everyone a woman??
I was reading a Lee Child book on holiday last year and it was quite amazing how brazenly and frequently he recaps.
Almost written assuming you’re always drunk while reading. And you know what? It was really helpful!
Wasn’t he going fully mad from disease just before he died? Not sure on that, half remembering something from school.
It’s a shame that we have to pick one writer and only read them until we’re dead isn’t it.

A lot to be positive about. Felt like we were more conditioned to go the distance but the game wasn’t long enough. Unlucky Murley didn’t get that down in the first half. Felt like a big moment.
Frustrating that the Premiere coverage cut out for whatever happened at the end of the first half.
Is TimeSplitters much worse than I remember or is there some terrible remake I missed?
Mate. Thank you!
Tom I love this!
Did you.. build the town?
2028 is amazing news! I hope we lock Porter into something similar. Future Youngs/Ford England double act?
Baffling Quins half that. So good at the boring stuff, shown up on the fun stuff.
We’ve a team full of finishers and can’t finish.
Also in post izotope de-reverb is goodz I hate to write this down but the AI tools are very good with removing reverb.
Like all post quick fixes though they work better the less you need them. They can take a bit of verb out but don’t lean on them totally or it’ll sound like a different person,
Rode do good cheap shotguns (though they can overload if you’re too close and loud). Best choice though not cheap is an SM7b. Though there’s loads of good dynamics on the cheaper end.
My big one for this is, most “quality” mics for home recording are condenser mics. They sound great because they pick up everything. In an untreated space, you only want the voice of someone talking so you want a bit less pick up.
Combine light treatment with either a shotgun or a dynamic mic.
Speaks well of Saints how well they adapted to the wind in the first half. I think they actually looked better playing against the wind.
Truly, how does it not get easier when I’m apparently so much better at it now.
Making podcasts is both fun* and easy**!

My favourite bit, the implication that the “improvements” title is the same image asset they wood blocked and ink printed in the 19th century used to the present day
This is a niche vein you’re mining here and I like it.
Ever consider keeping it going over the premiership season?
If it wasn’t clear, I am the frog. And I love it!
Watching Tick Tick Boom tonight and it’s genuinely inspiring to watch how slowly Miranda boils the frog so the frog doesn’t realise he’s unironically enjoying a movie musical.
It’s like 4 songs before anyone sings non-diagetically. Genius.
Gosh this explains a lot.
