One oddly counter-intuitive thing I've learnt to do is not to try to rest at the end of a bone-achingly exahusting term, but to use some of that momentum to dive straight back in... esp. as it's not easy even to remember where I left my notes, let alone my thoughts.

I was transferred mid-hysterectomy after 'touch and go' C-section Women share their trauma of giving birth at Yeovil District Hospital, which is currently under investigation.

I spent the whole of my pregnancy with Harriet looking for somewhere safe to give birth - & knew I hadn't found one. Among the places I considered was Yeovil, my parents' local hospital, but I could see then it was no safer. #weneedchangefast
