Benfica fans at full time. Pre-retirement Mourinho going through the motions. #nufc

Can't keep trotting out "what is a club in any case" when they don't show appropriate respect to one of our own. #nufc

I hope the club makes up for the massive oversight of no minute silence for Willie McFaul. He gave 26 years to the club, he was well-liked. It was a good day for the team but the club let us all down. #nufc

Agree 100%. He speaks very well, mature, but his play has been off for ages. Whatever his true motivation, world cup or a move to the other scousers, he has to come in and lead the attack (ideally from the LW).

Yeah that was a howler, steam rollered. Isak was a good player for Newcastle, but no one can pretend the supporting attacking players have turned up. Gordon and Elanga have a lot to prove, Gordon in particular should be the stand out star in the next phase of the team.

Even before the last minute strikers came in, I never bought this idea that we would have won at Villa and Leeds with Isak. He turned in plenty stinkers in his time, and surely this team depends on its wide forwards for goals. Only Murphy has turned up, and even he has been hit and miss.

Thought he had a few decent layoffs to be honest. He's not a target man and the wingers for NUFC have been piss poor this season, barring a couple of decent crosses by Murphy.

Every goal a total banger, Lloyd Kelly scoring, Thuram brothers both scoring. Absolutely insane. youtu.be/P6DxaqFWPtU?...

This auld fella, toasting the first win of the season in Leazes park. Class. #nufc

No way that Mosquera lad for Wolves is a footballer. He's got to be a ringer, someone's cousin. Got away with a ridiculous elbow chock block, berated Barnes, then spent 5 mins on the deck either feigning injury or desperate to be subbed. Soft as clarts. #nufc

Fairly platitudinous way of paraphrasing "his audience were dickheads".

3pm Saturday kickoff, a rarity and has to be treasured. Class manager and plenty to talk about, hopefully sneak a win today. Jhon Arias is a mint player, wolves definitely not the dross of Leeds. #nufc

Plenty reasons if you're looking for nerves. Bruno played at altitude, players not gelling, no proper centre forward. But the team is solid and we have a great manager, plus it's a 3pm kickoff, being played in england. Got to treasure that before the PL takes it away.

I hate that this allows the rumours to blow up. Already seeing people confidently speculating / making up that it's an ACL.

Bit daft that Wissa played two games after not training or competing in preseason. Surely NUFC should have tried to influence that. The snake had no problems in letting his country down again.

Only thing I take away from that is that Miley was very tidy again, in poor conditions. Elanga's technique and confidence needs some work. Poor game, terrible conditions. #nufc

Congratulations on owning Newcastle united though, this grandad was just excited he got to address the person at the top directly.

He has a very unique set of skills. He can go one on one but also keep the ball against two defenders when he receives the ball with the goal at his back. He might need some time to adapt to the premier league but he is a wonderful player. Congrats to Newcastle for signing him. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Plays more like a number 10, so either he will be paired with someone or Howe will work on his game. People will laugh but even Osula will hugely benefit - they are polar opposite players.

A lot of Newcastle fans think Stiller is another great player. You need to hold on to him!

I'm sure you have seen a lot more of him than I have. I thought he was extraordinary in the U21s. It's a high risk / huge reward signing I think.
