Also, can you feel burned out and reckless at the same time?

Could burnout from non-physical things have a physical reaction? Like all the things that contributed to my burnout involve sitting at a computer. So I feel like it's all in my head. But I keep getting sick. A correlation doesn't 100% make sense to me but to my wife it does.
