I enjoy my gym training two, three times a week, resulting in body strength and balance. After the hard excercises relaxing in the sauna, shower and return home, by bike. Then releasing the body, getting naked! Ahhh, lovely! 😅

The people at the cruise were all many different kinds of LGBT+ themselves or friends.
Took part in ”Rainbow Cruise” from Stockholm at a very nice ship, excellent food, lot of music entertainment, spa facilities etc. A ship filled with homos, lesbians, trans and friends, in a wide range of ages. Had a good cabin at disposal and at least there I could be naked! #nudist #gaycruise

Outdoor naturism is possible also during winter with snow and cold weather, as now in Sweden. Shoes recommended! Filling my lunges with fresh, healthy air during the morning walk.
